VACATION/HOLIDAYS:

In case of an emergency, BMP will strive to respond to calls and emails. The closure days accommodate various reasons such as vacation, holidays, continuing education, and sick days, with customers being notified in advance. The standard billing is based on 48 weeks of service, structured as four visits per month; there are four months with an additional fifth service day that will not incur extra charges, typically occurring during the off-season from November to March. These additional service days include specific holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, along with two floating weeks that can be used unexpectedly, such as during inclement weather.
